ordering and delivery

all of our accessories are made to order and will ship within 4/6 weeks depending on size and intricacy of piece.
if you need to expedite an order please contact me directly to what we can do.

returns will be accepted within 7 working days of delivery. Full refund will be given minus the postage cost to return it back to us.
if you are going to return your item please contact adele@ahwbride.com and let me know the reason for your return. return items below £50 will need to be returned by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. all items above £50 will need to be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
we do not take any responsibility for returned items that are not received back to Saddleworth Bridal Boutique and request that you contact Royal Mail directly if this occurs.
you will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.
all items must be returned in their original packaging with the swing tag attached, if the swing tag has been removed no refund will be granted.
no refunds will be given if the piece as been worn or damaged.
no refunds or exchanges will be given after the 7 day policy.

if you are an international customer, you have 14 days (from date of receipt) to return your order. we have extended our standard Returns Policy for international customers to allow for additional delivery time in the case of returned orders.
